Liz: You’d think I would know by now

I am thinking of attending a class at my gym tomorrow night called Blissed Out. The instructor Jill Miller wants to teach us how to breathe.
Part of me thinks this sounds like an excellent first step on the road to slowing down and tuning up. I aspire to go from being Type A to maybe a Type B+. We can all benefit from deep breathing and meditation. I’ve heard it from Dr. Oz and Dr. Weil enough on Satellite Sisters that I know it’s true.
But part of me does not want to flunk breathing class. Blissing out is just not my strong suit. Have you tried it? Any advice? Think it’s just not very zen of me to worry about it? All comments welcome.
