Julie turns to her Satellite Sisters to get to the bottom of a medical mystery involving French's Mustard. Can you help us solve it?

Julie has some home remedies she’d like to run by our staff R.N. Monica which gives Liz an opening for a glute activation update.

Monica has a book confession.  Julie has a TV confession.  And Liz has a sports confession.  Despite her best efforts to provide a nice quiet afternoon for their father the Red Sox fan, the usual family divisions cropped up when the Yankees proceeded to crush them at Fenway Park on Saturday. After crushing them on Friday too.

Monica takes a moment to remember Levon Helm on today's show after spending many hours on YouTube this week looking at his old videos.

And finally, Monica remembers Levon Helm of The Band.  He died this week.  We end with a small musical salute.

On a related note, Liz makes her first ever visit to a chiropractor.  Apparently, she is not adequately “activating her glutes.”  Whatever that means.

Lian likes to remind us that she is our “much younger sister” and one day a year we acknowledge that it’s true. Happy Birthday, Lian.

On today’s Satellite Sisters show, she tells Liz and Monica that she started the day with a mad dash to the drugstore to get Benedryl for her son’s bad allergic reaction.  Let’s hope the day gets better from there.

We don't know which made us laugh more on this show - Lian's advice to her son about calling home from Macchu Picchu or Monica's trick for getting more carry-on on.

Then our discussion turns to Macchu Picchu, malaria pills and more.  Monica has a suggestion about carry-on luggage that dumbfounds us (and probably the TSA.) Meanwhile, she waits for the official word that this year she finally DID score the HGTV Dream House! Lian’s more focused on winning the Downton Abbey sweepstakes.
