by Liz on July 6, 2014

Happy 4th of July weekend.  On today’s show, Julie, Liz and Lian tackle:

Who has more fun? Olivia Pope or Indra Nooyi?

Results of a new study on sleep.  Are there family traits when it comes to sleep patterns? Not for the Satellite Sisters.

Pepsico CEO Indra Nooyi’s comments on not being able to have it all. What do you think?

Shark attack in Manhattan Beach. If someone yelled ‘Shark!”, would you run into the water to help?

Liz’s twitter frustration.  If you want her to know something, can’t you just email her?  We are talking to you, Food Truck For Dogs people.

Julie’s 8 reasons for watching Scandal. No more costume dramas for her.

Don’t forget our free audiobook download from Audible at www.audiblepodcast.com/sisters

And listen to the Satellite Sisters Word Write Festival.  Lian discusses life, aging and humor with Annabelle Gurwitch, author of “I See You Made An Effort”.

Thanks for another great show, Sisters. And Lian…I really enjoyed your conversation with Annabelle Gurwitch.

Food Truck For Dogs-Idea & Marketing, both=bad.
Scandal-sounds like a perfect choice.
Annabelle-fun to listen to, must read.
Wedding sounded amazing.
Supremes-I agree w/Hobby Lobby decision & curious as to impact on Notre Dame U. case. Same Supremes said ‘no’ to Anti-Gay Conversion Therapy appeal, ‘no’ to Obama, recess appt.’s illegally done, ‘no’ to cops searching cellphones w/o warrant. They were busy & all over the map.
Love that Scalia & Ginsberg are close friends, socialize, yet, disagree 99.99% of the time.
