I can’t believe Julie didn’t like The Artist! The only other movie that was as good was The Help.
I just listened to the show this morning while working out……at times I laughed so hard I had to stop! The Portland Yarn Crawl is a hoot!
You all were pretty tough on The Artist…..I enjoyed it a lot. There were lots of films I enjoyed this year, including Bridesmaids. If you get a chance, see the live action shorts that were nominated. I think when you have to say something in a small amount of time, it can be powerful.

I loved the Artist and found it to be joyful…. maybe the Help was the best!! Bridesmaids is one I will have to see over again and again…so funny and smart…agree with Liz on that one..
